I was very impressed with the young man from ABC Door who came out to replace the bottom section of my garage door. His attitude was positive and excellent! He went above and beyond the original service of replacing the section. As I was opening the other door, he noticed how hard it was for me to open it and fixed the problem in 3 seconds without any hesitation. He told me to call him if I had any problems and he would personally come out to check and fix it. He said it in a manner in which I honestly believed that he would.
I wanted to let you know that your technician was very professional, courteous, helpful and a hard worker. He did an excellent job and made my day! If I had a business of my own, I would want to have him as my employee.
